Databases In Trade Software

A database may be described as a ‘pool’ of data, which can be used by any number of applications. The software that runs the database is called the database management system (DBMS). A database is a collection or ‘pool’ of data structured so that it may serve a number of applications. The range of applications which make use of a database vary widely, depending on what data is held on the database files.
